Bill is the IT Specialist and joined The Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys in November 1999.
Bill is effectively facilities and IT manager, responsible for the maintenance of the Institute’s premises, providing effective office support services, communications and computer systems, membership services and conference and meeting facilities at the Institute’s premises.
