Job Description

A key responsibility for our records team is handling all incoming communications from a variety of sources, maintaining deadlines for the firm and managing the data on our Patricia® records system. In addition, our records professionals handle grant formalities, validations and reporting.

We have a good amount and variety of records work available, so we are interested in hearing from candidates who think they would be a good fit for our team, whether they have the minimum experience mentioned below or considerably more. We will adjust the specifics of the role and the salary depending on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.

Essential qualifications, skills and attributes:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of IP formalities and administration
  • Careful, with a good eye for detail
  • Experience of deadline management
  • Strong IT skills – including MS Office and Outlook
  • Based in the UK

Desirable skills and attributes include:

  • CIPA Administrator and/or CITMA Paralegal qualification
  • Experience of handling renewals and/or validations
  • Knowledge of Patricia® records system
  • Experience of a Document Management System (DMS)
  • Experience of remote working

This role would be suited to someone who is looking for a busy and varied role working in a cooperative and friendly team.
