Do you know your written procedure from your interim procedure? Your judge-rapporteur from your technically-qualified judge? What the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre is? With the UPC likely to open its doors in late 2022 or early 2023, potential litigants need to know what to expect from the new litigation forum. In this webinar, Gregory Bacon and Richard Pinckney of Bristows LLP will provide an overview of expectations on how to run a case in the Court, with a focus on procedure, evidence (both documentary and witness), case management and timelines, as well as the role of mediation and arbitration in the new system.
